Virtual Wealth Scanner
- The innovative methodology draws heavily on the powerful data generation, data
handling, and spatial analytical modeling of Geographic Information Systems
(GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) to estimate and evaluate regional wealth (capital
stock). This wealth estimation will be used within a general framework for
understanding and planning for sustainable development in energy rich regions
(ERRs).
